Booking with Darby Saint Photography means more than having a photographer to capture your most special moments in life- you've now got a friend in me. Someone you can come to for advice when it comes to your wedding or session while remaining professional.
Your wedding day is one of the most special days of your life. Having attended so many and being behind the scenes of majority of them, I'll be there for any advice you may need. When it comes to planning the timeline, you'll have my knowledge and experience to help coordinate those things, aiming to bring you a sense of relief in stressful moments.
I'm here for you and your entire process so when the time comes for you to look back on your photos for the first time, you don't remember the bridesmaid that forgot her shoes at home, but instead you recall the laughs and mimosas you shared in the hotel with your girls the morning of getting ready. You get a glimpse of how relaxed your fiancé was with his groomsmen the next hotel over. In order to get the ball rolling on booking me as your photographer, fill out the inquiry form below. As soon as I get it, I will send over a pricing guide and we can schedule a time to hop on a call.
02. Discovery Call
We do the consultation in the way you feel most comfortable (facetime, zoom, phone call, or in person if you're local!) I want to know what you're looking for, no two events, photoshoots, etc are the same so i'm here to be adjustable for you. But also this is the time for us to see if we mesh well together. If we don't I will happily send you some recommendations of other vendors!
03. Onboard
Lastly, I will send over a proposal that is specific to exactly what you're looking for based on our conversation!
If you agree, you choose your package, sign your contract and pay your deposit and we get started on planning the most memorable day of your love life!

Here's your moment to take your love and let loose. Couple sessions make me most excited because of how creative we can get in planning it. Once you're booked, we start planning your outfits, locations, all the things! This is session is all about you both, being as true to you as possible!

ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY YES! That is a huge part of why I started photography. I wanted to combine my love of people and traveling together. I can curate a custom packed to be a perfect fit for your day that’ll include travel. You can see starting prices here.
Weddings? Literally as soon as you have your venue booked, which is typically 10-12 months or more. For sessions? I suggest 2-4 months out to ensure planning and answer questions you may have leading up to your session, such as location, outfits, etc.
I started my journey as a photographer in 2018. This included shooting families, couples, and individuals. I started my business in 2019, focusing on couples and weddings. At this point I honed in on my skills in the world of weddings, couples and all things love so the experience you get is unique and one of a kind.
Absolutely. No two weddings are the same. I will send you the three packages I offer and they can all be customized in order to fit your needs. If you want the amount of coverage in the smallest package but like some of the add-ons in the largest package, you can mix and match to whatever floats your boat! I am here to serve you.
Ab-so-freaking-lutely! My goal is for you to look your absolute best in every photo you receive! So, yeah, you will get a mix of poses and prompts to bring out your best look during your session and/or wedding day!
If it is forced, then I don't want it! “PHOTOS SHOULD BE FUN, AMANDA!" (Subtle Summer House reference for anyone obsessed like me, LOL.) No, definitely fun and not forced. You will hear me mention numerous times, “Does this feel uncomfortable?” or “If it’s uncomfortable, we will do something else”. My goal is for you to feel comfortable because it will reflect in the photos. This starts as soon as you book. When I recommend outfits, my first suggestion will always be wear something cute, but comfortable

Darby's professionalism and the quality of her work is unmatched. From the time she came to our hotel suite to take photos of me and my girls as we got ready to the time she came to the venue and took photos in the bridal suite, during the ceremony, private photos of the wedding party and at certain points during the reception. The quality of photos is exceptional. She has an amazing eye and is also extremely personable and professional. I truly enjoyed working with her and will definitely hire her again! She's attentive, she listens and she values the relationship with her clients. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely Amazing! Darby was super friendly, kind and super accommodating on our first conversation together. But the seal of approval definitely came the day of our wedding. To me there’s nothing worse than when you feel like a photographer is all in your face but Darby basically blended right in, she became family. She captured this intimate moment for us and made us feel super comfortable. Which was very big For us because we don’t like to be the center of attention thus making us camera shy and nervous + awkward but Darby went above and beyond to make it feel as if she wasn’t even there. And for the “posed” pictures she was very pleasant and made us laugh to capture the best moments. I 100% recommend and We will definitely be calling her again!
